Summer 2019: 8.5 million French people have chosen Airbnb

Airbnb’s customers have been delighted with France, but also with Spain, Italy and Portugal. A little like the French TOs.

44% of French people planned to choose a holiday rental this summer, compared to 31% of hotels, announced in June a Europ Assistance study. Obviously, Airbnb has benefited from it! The top 30 most visited travel sites this summer

Voyages E. Leclerc will pass the 200 agency mark in 2019

Voyages E. Leclerc continues its strong momentum and should finish the year up by 8 to 10%. With a strong dynamism, the network will pass the 200 branch mark, and still plans to open at least 10 points of sale in 2020. In order intake in July and August, business volume increased by +11.5%, and departures over the same period by +8.7% (invoiced volume).
