D-edge carried out a study on the evolution of hotels’ online sales. «We have measured the performance of all distribution channels,» explains Jean-Louis Boss, marketing and digital director at D-edge. The analysis covers a sample of 680 independent European hotels who have the D-edge technology solution, i.e. outside the scope of the major chains.
