Foro Mundial de Turismo Gastron\u00f3mico<\/a> entre los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas 2 y el 3 de mayo en San Sebasti\u00e1n, uno de los congresos m\u00e1s importantes para el sector a nivel mundial, coorganizado por la <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unwto.org\/es\">Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial del Turismo<\/a>\u00a0y el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bculinary.com\/es\/home\">Basque Culinary Center<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El foro trata de fomentar el turismo gastron\u00f3mico como elemento sostenible para el empleo y el desarrollo de los pa\u00edses por su vinculaci\u00f3n con la cultura y el producto local y contar\u00e1 con la presencia de varios ministros de Estados relacionados con el sector que participar\u00e1n en los debates acerca de la mejora de las pol\u00edticas que promuevan el gastroturismo o las regulaciones del mercado laboral de su entorno, entre otros aspectos.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo promover\u00e1 la investigaci\u00f3n y el planteamiento de l\u00edneas de actuaci\u00f3n que estimulen a los emprendedores y, por extensi\u00f3n, la creaci\u00f3n de trabajo en torno a esta actividad tur\u00edstica con un gran potencial de futuro, por lo que saldr\u00e1n a relucir los retos m\u00e1s importantes que afronta y la necesidad de impulsar acciones comunes p\u00fablico-privadas, la digitalizaci\u00f3n y la inclusi\u00f3n de grupos
