The visa-free agreement will be established between Russia and Suriname in the near future, the media reported with reference to the head of the Latin American department of the Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander Schetinin.
Pobeda airline (part of the Aeroflot group) will start charging additional passenger registration fees at airports abroad starting from October 28, as announced by a representative of the carrier. The cost of the service will be 25 euros.
